Free patterns may not be resold for profit. Purchased patterns are for personal use only. Items made from patterns may be sold provided credit is given to me and a link to my website or a social media tag is provided. Purchased patterns may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

All personal information collected for the purpose of doing business is held in the strictest privacy. Data will not be sold or transferred to a third party unless required by law. You have rights regarding your personal information. Please see the privacy policy for more details. 

All rights are reserved. The vendor reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer for any reason. 

Digital products sold for download are exempt from refunds. If there is a problem with a digital item, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve your issues.

Physical items purchased are subject to a standard 30 day return policy. If the item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact me right away and arrange a return for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. When toys are available for sale, per UK legislation, they will have been subjected to thorough safety testing and marked with the UKCA/CE mark. Product information and documentation of EN71 testing is kept for each product and is available on request. 

Items given for free as gifts or as part of a giveaway or competition are not exchangeable and may not be returned for monetary value. 

Reviews given for items  may be used for marketing purposes. Reviews can be anonymous. If you are dissatisfied with any product or item, please get in contact to discuss your concerns and allow me the chance to try to resolve the issue before leaving a review.
